I had a fantastic stay at a hotel right beside the metro station. The location was superb and made it convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and sufficient for my needs, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the quality breakfast provided at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

The room was on the smaller side, with limited space for luggage and work. the air conditioning in the room was faulty, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the major attractions in the city, as it is near a U or S Bahn station. It is also conveniently close to all the Christmas Markets, making it ideal for a festive visit. the hotel is just around the corner of Stadtmitte subway station with links to a few subway lines, ensuring easy access to the rest of the city by public transport. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a nice view of the street below. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options, including continental and hot dishes. The lobby is open 24 hours, and the reception is always available to assist with any needs. the hotel offers good value for money, making it a great choice for a short stay in the city.

The TVs in the rooms only have German channels, which may be inconvenient for non-German speaking guests who want to relax and watch TV in their room.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. The underground parking was also convenient, although a bit pricey. I really appreciated the strong and reliable WiFi connection throughout my stay. And the bed in my room was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.

There were a few negatives. The cleanliness of both the corridors and the rooms left much to be desired, with some areas not properly cleaned.

All was perfect.

The bed was massive and really comfy, while the bathroom was spacious. Check-in was quick and we could easily walk to major sights within 20 minutes. Incredible shopping mall just 500 meters away, and two metro stations just 200 meters away. Great price and comfort ratio. 😊

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and there was a subway station just around the corner. I was impressed by the quality of the room amenities, including air conditioning, soundproofing, and a safe. The staff was very attentive, and I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The pool and Wi-Fi were also great features.
